With over 20 years of collective expertise in the field, we find our passion focussed in developing and implementing organizational leadership and culture , through tried and tested methodologies and interventions. We understand the cultural dynamics that have the potential to either catapult an organization into it's next level of success, or stagnate it in it's attempts. In collaboration with key stakeholders , we identify solutions to overcome these hurdles, and so embark on a trajectory of sustained results.

LEAP was first established in 2008 to address organizational change in driving business efficiency as a key strategic focus. Whilst this remains a key imperative for us today, our ongoing commitment to integrity in all that we do, is the hallmark of our success.
